Principal Carrie Yanta leads the Longhorns at George Ranch High School. With 21 years in education, including 14 within Lamar CISD, Mrs. Yanta has served as a teacher, academic facilitator, assistant principal, and associate principal at George Ranch HS. A graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Houston, she and her husband proudly watched all three of their children graduate from George Ranch HS. Her leadership reflects both professional dedication and a personal commitment to the students, staff, and families of the Longhorn Nation.
