Please note: The GRHS Registrar’s Office will be closed from June 19th through July 8th. Any transcript or VOE requests submitted during that period will be processed when we open back up on the 8th.

The enrollment process can be found on the LCISD Enrollments webpage. There are 4 steps to enrollment. Please make sure to complete each step before moving to the next step in the process.
Registrations completed before July 16th will be completed with our Central Registration Team, who will make sure to forward your information to us when we return from summer break. If you will be enrolling at GRHS on July 23rd or after, you will complete step 4 with the GRHS registration office. Please check back with us starting on July 15th for more information on how to do that.
If your student needs to be withdrawn from George Ranch High School, please fill out the withdraw form linked below and return to us with a copy of your photo ID.
Withdraws can also be done in person at GRHS. Please make sure to bring your photo ID with you.

SchooLinks
The quickest way for your transcript to be sent and received is digitally through SchooLinks. This is avaliable to students who graduated in 2022 or later. Students who didn’t graduate from GRHS or who graduated earlier than 2022 must use our transcript portal.
Note: Do not use your LCISD login on the SchooLinks website. All students entered a personal email into SchooLinks their senior year before graduating. That email will be your SchooLinks login email. If this is your first time logging in as an alumni, or you don’t remember your password, use the forgot password feature. If you have further issues, you can utilitze the chat feature at the bottom right of the login screen.
Transcript Portal
Our transcript Portal is best for transcripts that need to be picked up or mailed from GRHS. Please allow 48 hours for processing. You will receive a notification when your transcript is ready for pickup or has been mailed.
Picking Up Transcripts
Picture ID is required to pick up transcripts, and will only be released to the individual. If you are sending a representative to pick up your transcript, they must have the following:
1. Copy of your driver's license or picture ID.
2. Written authorization from you to release the transcript to the representative.
3. Representative's driver's license or picture ID.
Please remember that universities and the NCAA Clearinghouse may take a minimum of 10 working days to process transcripts once they have been received.
NCAA Clearinghouse - you must register at the NCAA Eligibility Center before transcripts can be uploaded into the system. These transcripts are requested the same way as any others using the methods above.

Driver’s License VOEs
A Verification of Enrollment (VOE) form is required in Texas for students under 18 who are applying for a learner’s permit or driver’s license. The VOE verifies that the student is enrolled in school and in good standing.
VOEs at GRHS are done both in person and digitally.
In Person – Students can stop by room 1016 during their lunch to get a VOE. They will receive it immediately.
Digitally – Please request using the button below and the VOE will be emailed back to you once complete. You will receive 2 emails from Informed K12. The first one will say SUBMITTED and will not have your completed VOE. Wait for the one that says COMPLETED. Example below.

Please allow 1 business day for processing.
Social Security VOEs
If you need Social Security Form SSA-1372-BK signed by a school official, please make sure all sections (1 through 8) are filled out on the “student statement regarding school attendance” section before bringing the forms to GRHS for signatures. The forms can be dropped off at GRHS during normal busines hours for the registrar to sign. Once the signature is obtained, we can send the form home with the student or call you to let you know they are ready for pick up.
All Other VOEs and Letter Requests
For all other VOE types and letter requests, please contact the Registrar’s Office at celeste.rodriguez@lcisd.org.
