Enrollments
Welcome to the Ranch! We can’t wait to have you as part of our Longhorn family!
If you are returning to LCISD, please email us directly to start the re-enrollment process.
For students new to LCISD, there are 4 steps. Please make sure to complete each step below before moving to the next step in the process.

Visit School Finder to determine your zoned campus.
Once you have confirmed that George Ranch High School (GRHS) is your zoned school, please proceed to Step 2.
If GRHS is not your zoned school, you will need to enroll at your assigned campus. Please visit your zoned school's website for enrollment instructions and requirements.
If you will be attending GRHS through an approved transfer, please note that we must receive and verify the transfer approval before we can process your enrollment.

- Note: you must have an active email address that you can access to complete the online enrollment for your student.
- If you do not have a Family Access account, please create a Family Access account (one per household) by clicking the link below.
- Once you have submitted your request for a Family Access Account, you will receive an email with a secure link to complete the New Student Online Enrollment Application for your student(s).

Gather your documents. In order to enroll in Lamar CISD, you will need the following documentation:
- Parent Photo ID:
- Examples include Driver’s License, Passport, or other Government ID
- Proof of Address:
- Examples include Water, Gas, or Electric Bill, Final Closing Disclosure, Warranty Deed, Mortgage Statement, Lease, or current year Fort Bend CAD Statement showing a Homestead Exemption
- All proof of address documentation must be able to verify that the student is living at an address in Lamar CISD.
- Student Identification:
- Examples include Birth Certificate or a Passport
- Social Security Cards are optional
- School Records:
- Report Cards
- High School Transcript
- ARD, 504, or LPAC paperwork for students in special programs
- Immunization Records
PLEASE NOTE: Knowingly providing false documents for registration is an offense under Texas Penal Code 37.10 and may result in criminal prosecution, fines, and removal of a student from the district.

Families can submit their document virtually or in person:
- Virtual Online Completion: Parents can submit the above required documentation through the online portal by clicking the button below. Once we receive your documents and process your enrollment, you’ll receive a phone call or email with enrollment confirmation and next steps.

- In-Person Completion: Parents can receive in-person assistance with the required documentation by visiting GRHS during business hours. No appointment necessary. Families are served in the order arrived.
If your student needs to be withdrawn from George Ranch High School, please complete the withdrawal form linked below. To verify your identity, you will be required to upload a copy of your photo ID before submitting the form.
Once the withdrawal has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If preferred, withdrawals may also be completed in person at George Ranch High School. Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID with you.
SchooLinks
The quickest way for your transcript to be sent and received is digitally through SchooLinks. This is avaliable to students who graduated in 2022 or later. Students who didn’t graduate from GRHS or who graduated earlier than 2022 must use our transcript portal.
Note: Do not use your LCISD login on the SchooLinks website. All students entered a personal email into SchooLinks their senior year before graduating. That email will be your SchooLinks login email. If this is your first time logging in as an alumni, or you don’t remember your password, use the forgot password feature. If you have further issues, you can utilitze the chat feature at the bottom right of the login screen.
Transcript Portal
Our transcript Portal is best for transcripts that need to be picked up or mailed from GRHS. Please allow 48 hours for processing. You will receive a notification when your transcript is ready for pickup or has been mailed.
Picking Up Transcripts
Picture ID is required to pick up transcripts, and will only be released to the individual. If you are sending a representative to pick up your transcript, they must have the following:
1. Copy of your driver's license or picture ID.
2. Written authorization from you to release the transcript to the representative.
3. Representative's driver's license or picture ID.
Please remember that universities and the NCAA Clearinghouse may take a minimum of 10 working days to process transcripts once they have been received.
NCAA Clearinghouse - you must register at the NCAA Eligibility Center before transcripts can be uploaded into the system. These transcripts are requested the same way as any others using the methods above.
Driver’s License VOEs
A Verification of Enrollment (VOE) form is required in Texas for students under 18 who are applying for a learner’s permit or driver’s license. The VOE verifies that the student is enrolled in school and in good standing.
VOEs at GRHS are done both in person and digitally.
In Person – Students can stop by room 1016 during their lunch to get a VOE. They will receive it immediately.
Digitally – Please request using the button below and the VOE will be emailed back to you once complete. You will receive 2 emails from Informed K12. The first one will say SUBMITTED and will not have your completed VOE. Wait for the one that says COMPLETED. Example below.

Please allow 1 business day for processing.
Social Security VOEs
If you need Social Security Form SSA-1372-BK signed by a school official, please make sure all sections (1 through 8) are filled out on the “student statement regarding school attendance” section before bringing the forms to GRHS for signatures. The forms can be dropped off at GRHS during normal busines hours for the registrar to sign. Once the signature is obtained, we can send the form home with the student or call you to let you know they are ready for pick up.
All Other VOEs and Letter Requests
For all other VOE types and letter requests, please contact the Registrar’s Office at celeste.rodriguez@lcisd.org.
